Welcome to Team bin2Paris! 🏃♂️ As proud refuse workers from Veolia Stafford, we're swapping our collection rounds for running routes as we embark on this incredible journey to Paris!
While most of us are new to long-distance running, we're fortunate to have two experienced runners on our team who are guiding us through our training journey. Our team of 5 dedicated crew members is taking on this exciting challenge with enthusiasm, despite being novices at this type of event.
The Run2Paris event has already brought an amazing buzz to our depot, boosting team spirit and bringing us all closer together as we learn and train together. We're not just running - we're pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones to support Parkinson's UK, a cause close to our hearts.
From bin rounds to milestone markers, we're determined to make every step count, no matter how challenging it might be.
Join us on this remarkable journey as we run, sweat, and smile our way to Paris, proving that waste warriors can also be running champions! Together, we're turning our daily dedication into miles of inspiration, one training session at a time. 💪🗑️🏃♂️
