Off to Paris we go…

Five Runners, Four Days, 225 Miles to cover and all to support and raise funds for two fantastic charities: Parkinson’s UK and SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity.
 
The five of us have decided to take on this challenge to run from London to Paris over four days.  We will each be running approximately 12 miles a day as a relay to cover the distance, camping each night and navigating the somewhat undulating countryside of England and France.
 
You may be thinking this is an easy task for five regular runners, but we are very much ‘fun’ runners.  We are generally found trotting around Hythe, enjoying the flat seafront, chatting as we go, so this will be a real challenge not only from a running perspective but also navigating the route and camping each night.
 
If you are able, please support us by donating any amount you can. All funds raised will be divided equally between the two charities.
