We're fundraising for Parkinson's & SSAFA
Mad ideas usually start with a glass of Prosecco. On 7th July 23 after a glass or 2 of Prosecco, I contacted Helen, Lindsay, Janice and Helen to see if they were as mad as I was to consider this. They were and as a result, 5 middle aged ladies signed up for this event! The name comes from the local gym that most of us attend and which is owned by an equally insane man who does endurance events for "fun". As we are all inspired to complete this challenge - we are raising money for 2 charities. 5 of us will run 260 miles over 4 days on mixed terrain as a relay team with little sleep.
