A Scare-Bear Run this weekend!
This weekend, the race begins!Team Imperial (The Polypacers) are taking on the Spooky Scare Bear Run - our first running event alongside our amazing customer Veolia Stafford (Team BIN2PARIS)!
It’s all friendly competition (for now) as we warm up for something truly epic - our joint challenge to run from London to Paris in just four days in 2026! Each runner will cover a half marathon or more every single day, all to raise money for Parkinson’s UK.
We can’t wait to see who reaches Paris first, but for now, it’s all about teamwork, community and having a great run together this weekend!

Oh lordy, you heard that right! Team Imperial are running to Paris and we're doing it all in just four days!
C’est impossible! I hear you cry. Well, technically there’s a ferry to get us from Newhaven to Dieppe, but we’ll be setting off from Wimbledon, London and finishing at none other than the Eiffel Tower. Each of us will be running a half marathon every single day. Say whaaat?!
To spice things up, Imperial’s customers will be joining us too – which means we now have the added challenge of beating them to the finish line - all before you can say sacré bleu!
This is one heck of a challenge that’s going to push us (and our questionable knees) to the limit, but we’re doing it to raise as much money as possible for Parkinson’s UK. Parkinson’s is the fastest-growing neurological disease in the world and with your support and donations, we can provide vital funds to help this incredible charity and all the people it supports.
