We're Running to Paris
London to Paris. On Foot. In Just Four Days.
Five runners. Two countries. One unforgettable challenge.
We are Blisters & Baguettes, a team of five runners from three South Wales running clubs:
- Islwyn Running Club
- Caerphilly Runners
- Parc Bryn Bach Running Club
This year we're taking on an epic relay challenge: running from London to Paris in just four days.
Working together as a team, we'll cover the entire distance on foot, taking turns to run day and night while our support vehicle keeps us moving towards the finish line in Paris. It will take teamwork, resilience, determination and plenty of miles to get us there.
Why We're Running
We're taking on this challenge to raise funds for two incredible charities:
❤️ Air Ambulance Kent Surrey Sussex
Providing lifesaving emergency medical care when every second counts.
❤️ Samaritans
Offering vital emotional support to anyone struggling to cope, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
These charities make a real difference to thousands of lives, and we're proud to support them.
How You Can Help
We're looking for sponsors and supporters to join us on our journey from London to Paris.
Your sponsorship will help us maximise our fundraising efforts while supporting a challenge that brings together runners from across South Wales in pursuit of a common goal.
Whether you're a business looking to support a local community initiative or an individual who loves a challenge, every contribution helps.
Follow the Journey
Over four days we'll battle tired legs, early starts, late finishes, changing weather, and plenty of kilometres as we make our way across England and France.
We'll be sharing our progress, stories, photos and inevitable blisters throughout the adventure.
Wish us luck—but more importantly, please donate.
Together, we can turn every mile into support for Air Ambulance Kent Surrey Sussex and Samaritans.
Thank you for supporting Blisters & Baguettes.
