Rather than spend the cold winter months hibernating...
I've committed to training to tackle the 2024 London Marathon.
It's the first time I've ever run a marathon. In fact, I don't think I've ever run further than 10 miles.
Why am I doing this?
Through my work in the maritime industry I've come to better understand the hardships our seafarers and their families can face on a daily basis. I'd like to do my bit to support them by raising funds for The Seafarers’ Charity and all the vital work they do.
