I'm lacing up for the London Marathon on April 27th, 2025, to raise vital funds for our unsung heroes of the sea – seafarers and their families. As someone who has been in shipping/logistics for 13 years and studied shipping for 7, I've had the privilege to meet and learn from countless seafarers, captains, and ship crews. Their tireless dedication has made a lasting impact on me.
This cause hits close to home, as The Seafarers’ Charity supports those who bravely navigate the vast oceans to keep our world connected. I've participated 3 times in the gruelling 24 Peaks event in the breath-taking Lake District and am thrilled to conquer another challenge for this incredible cause.
