I'm fundraising for...
I'm running the London Marathon on the 21st April 2024.
I'm doing all this to raise vital funds to support The Seafarers’ Charity – helping those who work at sea and their families.
When I were a teenager, I dreamed of becoming a Seafarer because this was the best way to see the world. Although I did not follow that path, I am grateful to have many opportunities to see the world.
This is my third London Marathon and second time I am supporting Seafarers' Charity.
My Updates
And the official time is;
I completed the run in 3 hours and 53 minutes official time. I made a couple of detours during the course so ended up running 43km!
A great run indeed!
The weather on Sunday was just perfect for the run. I really enjoyed the day and it was great to introduce the city to first time runners of London Marathon that way. Some of my colleagues/friends were there and they had a day of their life. Love that I am able to support UK Seafarers Charity. Thank you for the opportunity to do this amazing run again.
