‘Union Joggers’ are officially running to Paris! 🏃‍♂️

Five good mates who have known each other for nearly 20 years are taking on the challenge of running from London to Paris.

We’re doing it to raise money for Samaritans and to raise awareness around mental health, especially among young men. Each of us has faced our own struggles at different points in life, and we’ve all seen friends or loved ones struggle too. No one should have to face those battles alone.

Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK, and that has to change.
