Courir a Paris

Tuesday 21st Jan
In May, I will be part of a team of five running from London to Paris over four days. 
The miles are long, the terrain challenging and the accommodation along the way... questionable.
It's all to raise money for two worthy charities though - Parkinson's UK and SSAFA the armed forces charity.
Any donations you can give towards my run to Paris will be hugely welcome and going to great causes.
