Why Are We Running?
Fuelled by our passion for public health research and our love for running! All the money raised goes to these amazing charities:

1. Parkinson's UK: This organization is dedicated to funding groundbreaking research and providing essential support for patients and their families affected by Parkinson's disease. From innovative treatments to compassionate care, Parkinson's UK is leading the charge in the fight against this neurological condition.

2. SSAFA: Serving the Armed Forces community since 1885, SSAFA is committed to supporting veterans and their families with physical and emotional care after completing their service. From practical assistance to emotional support, SSAFA ensures that no veteran or their loved ones are left behind.
