In Digital runs London to Paris
That's right, 5 of us from In Digital are running from London to Paris. In this epic event, we'll be running between our two offices, over 4 days and covering 225 miles combined!
We’ll be swapping cross-channel media campaigns, for a cross-channel relay race where are biggest challenges go from being ad fatigue and proving ROI to physical fatigue and proving our endurance. From the rolling English hills to majestic French châteaux, we’ll be leaving London on 30th April in chase of the channel, and upon crossing will run through the French countryside, right into the City of Light, and all for a fantastic cause.
Through this run, we’ll be raising money for Parkinson’s UK.
Parkinson's is a progressive neurological condition. People with Parkinson's don't have enough of the chemical dopamine in their brain because some of the nerve cells that make it have stopped working.
Around 166,000 people live with Parkinson’s in the UK. Parkinson's is on the rise. In the UK today, someone is diagnosed every 20 minutes. By 2050, the number of people with Parkinson’s worldwide will double to 25 million.
Parkinson’s UK is the leading UK charity dedicated to supporting people living with Parkinson’s, funding groundbreaking research, campaigning for better health and care, and providing vital information and services to help individuals and families manage this progressive neurological condition.
