Team In Digital runs from London to Paris!

In April 2026, I’ll be taking on my biggest running challenge yet — running from London to Paris as part of a relay team with four colleagues from In Digital.

Over four days, the five of us will cover a total of 225 miles, passing the baton between us as we make our way across the Channel and into France. That works out at roughly a half marathon per person, every day. Slightly daunting, but also incredibly exciting!

We’re doing this not just for the challenge, but to raise money for Parkinson’s UK, a cause that urgently needs awareness, funding, and support.

Parkinson’s is a progressive neurological condition with no cure. It affects around 166,000 people in the UK, and the numbers are rising. Today, someone in the UK is diagnosed every 20 minutes. 

Parkinson’s UK is the leading charity supporting people living with the condition. Every donation helps make a real difference — whether that’s accelerating research, improving care, or helping someone navigate life with Parkinson’s today.
