And what a challenge it will be! Raising money for Parkinson's UK & SSAFA alongside friends.

Nerves and reality are starting to kick in alongside the excitement. It's just 2.5 hours running each day and then we can eat all the french pastries we can get our hands on (or that's what I'm telling myself).

This time in 2 months, we would have RAN2PARIS, crikey!

Just a little training update; my knee seems to be all back to normal and so I've been upping the weights at the gym and running again. I'm not focusing so much on pace for the running, and to be honest I'm not sure i'll get to that point. I'm just happy plodding along 🤪

I ran the Eastleigh 10km at the weekend and was super proud to complete it in 1hour1min WITHOUT STOPPING!! The swimming endurance is paying off for the cardio and lactic acid! 

I'm running another 10km with a friend this weekend which will be fun.

I’m back!

Hello to all my fans 👋

I’m back and have run my first run post injury. With 10 weeks to go, the training is stepping up (figuratively and metaphorically)

In the month I haven’t been able to run, I’ve been keeping up the fitness with swimming and strength training which has massively helped!

I’ll keep you all updated with our teams progress and training but in the meantime, any donations are massively appreciated. ❤️

It’s all starting to feel real now! In 10 weeks time we will be running from London to Paris!
