My Updates
Update - 5 weeks to go
Training is going well, the boys are putting in the Kilometers (miles for those who missed decimalisation announcement a couple years back). Its hitting home just how far we have to go. Luckily, we dont have to go all the way ourselves, we can tag the next bloke to run so we can have a rest. Such is the nature of a relay!! Enjoying the runs, its getting easier, and recovery is improving each time. Stepping up the back-to-back runs to help get over the runs the day before. Distance shouldnt be an issue now, its more recovery! Will keep you posted!
