Well This is going to hurt!
I am taking on the challenge of running from London to Paris for charity. Despite my aversion to running, I will be pushing myself through an incredible endurance test for SSAFA The Armed Forces Charity and Parkinson's UK.
Running from London to Paris in September 2025 as a team of 5 from CMSA UK running roughly a half marathon, every day for 4 days.
