I'd really appreciate your support as I take on my biggest physical challenge yet! A four day relay run from London to Paris in aid of the incredible Air Ambulance Charity Kent, Surrey & Sussex (AAKSS), my amazing workplace.

This challenge will push me well outside my comfort zone. It's not just the distance I'll be facing, but also two things I dread most as a runner, training through the summer heat and tackling plenty of hills along the way!

Every mile we run will help raise vital funds for AAKSS, enabling them to continue providing life saving pre hospital emergency care to people when they need it most.

Every donation, no matter the size, will make a real difference and help support the incredible work the charity does every day.
