Have few runs under my belt now and some new running shoes. Almost time for the Southampton Half Marathon which will be a good test to see where I'm at!

My wife and pretty much everyone I have spoken to say that I need to start training, I just reply that I was good at running when I was younger so I'll be fine. It's been a long time though so I definitely need to get out there but am a bit scared to find out how unfit I have really become!
