I'm fundraising for Seafarers Charity
I'm honoured to run this marathon for The Seafarers’ Charity as it is a part of my legacy. My mother was raised in a maritime community - my grandfather and great grandfather were seafarers. My mother always stressed how they, and the women left behind, sacrificed so much for their families. When our seamen died, the women in our community were financially supported by the Seaman's Association. The Seafarers Charity is a rich part of our heritage and I am pleased to support them in my run.Thank you to my Sponsors
