Why??
I’m taking on the 24 Peaks Challenge over the weekend of 5-6 July 2025 – 2 days, 33 miles, and 13,000 feet of ascent. This challenge is both a personal test and a tribute to those who work at sea.
As a former seafarer and now working in the maritime industry, my role focuses on the energy transition, with an emphasis on the safety and technical elements that directly impact seafarers. I strive to ensure that the changes we make benefit seafarers and improve their lives, both on board and off. I am passionate about making sure that all advancements in our industry always have their best interests at heart.
The Seafarers’ Charity provides crucial support, from financial assistance to mental health resources, helping seafarers and their families during difficult times. By taking on this challenge, I aim to raise vital funds that will help continue this incredible work and make a real difference to those who dedicate their lives to the maritime industry.
Every donation helps, and with your support, we can ensure seafarers have the assistance they deserve. Join me in supporting this essential cause!
