I am running from London to Paris to raise money for Parkinsons and Regain

Yeah that’s right, silly old me running from London to Paris in just 4 days.

In May 2026, I will be one of 20 runners (4 teams of 5) running from London to Paris in just four days.

Our team includes Cheltenham Running Club members alongside friends and supporters who share the same purpose. Together, we will cover the distance in relay format of half marathon runs — pushing forward mile by mile whilst supporting one another all the way to the Eiffel Tower.

Every runner has committed many months of training throughout the winter to be able take on this challenge.

This is however more than a physical challenge, it’s a community project and a statement of belief in what people can achieve together, but more importantly it’s a mission to raise vital funds for two life-changing charities: Parkinson's UK and Regain Sports Charity with the real impact of this challenge being measured by the funds we raise and the awareness we create.

Parkinson’s UK supports families affected by Parkinson’s across the UK.

Regain helps individuals who have suffered life-changing sporting injuries to rebuild independence and confidence.
